I stopped by Green & Pepper Restaurant for lunch on a Monday. It was on the late side but the restaurant still had a good number of patrons. I had the opportunity to try several dishes and will share my opinion about all of them.

Environment

The restaurant was located in a modern facility which had a lot of windows with ample light pouring in from outside. The use of glass was extensive and it provided an open vibe which I loved.

The interior was nicely set up with an open kitchen in the center and there was a salad bar adjoining it. The use of glass instead of solid walls made it feel open and airy inside. It gets a 9.5 out of 10.

Service

There were plenty of wait staff in the restaurant. As we were about the enter, someone opened the door for us and greeted us. They gave us the table we requested without hesitation and attended to us with efficiency and care. They did forget to serve our drinks and we sometimes had to wave or call out to them to get their attention. Service gets 8 out of 10.

Food Quality

The menu was extensive and featured chicken, beef, and seafood dishes. There was also a variety of drinks on their menu. I had the opportunity to try their burger, steak and pasta and all of them were good if not perfect.

The burger and fries looked very delectable on first sight. The beef burger had good taste but the beef patty was packed too tightly and it lacked the proper texture. Also, it is likely that too much lean meat was used so the patty lacked in juiciness. The fries on the other hand were superb. This gets a 7.5 out of 10.

The T-bone steak was quite flavorful and paired well with the vegetable offering. However, the meat was on the tough side. Also, I ordered the black pepper sauce and it was quite peppery. The steak gets 8 out of 10.

I ordered the seafood marinara for my pasta dish and this hit the spot. I really liked this dish. It had some spicy kick to it and there was a generous amount of seafood. This gets a 9 out of 10.

There were several flavors of ice cream and I tried the Shahi Kulfi flavor.
It was packed with nuts and the taste did not disappoint. This gets a 9
out of 10.

Overall experience

With 9.5/10 for environment, 8/10 for service, and an average score of 8.4/10 for food, the experience at Green & Pepper Restaurant was very pleasant and I would not mind going back again.
